Woodme Returns: Prioritizing Your Satisfaction

At Woodme, we understand that sometimes a product might not fit your needs. That’s why we’ve designed the this returns and exchange policy with your satisfaction at its core. Every customer’s happiness drives our actions, ensuring a seamless return process.

30-Day Assurance

Once your order arrives, you have a full 30 days to assess your purchase. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, the returns policy is here to assist.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned unused in the original packaging and, please, include the purchase invoice or order number when returning. The return shipping is paid for by the customer (except for faulty products), who also bears the responsibility if the item is lost or damaged on the way back to us. Therefore, we always recommend that customers who use the right of return use a shipping method that can be tracked and keep the receipt until the return case is completed. If you received a wrong item or there is a fault with the product, we will refund the return postage. Please note that it is not possible to exchange an item. Therefore you would need to return it and place a new order.

 

When returning an item, please ensure the following criteria are met:

The item was purchased within 30 days

The original packaging is available

The strap on the watch has not been adjusted

The protective stickers and battery lock have not been removed

The product is not engraved

 

You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary. This means that you should try the product in the same manner as you would in a physical store. If the item has been worn or handled in a way that does not meet the criteria above, it is considered used and may be subject to a diminished value. In such cases, you will not be entitled to refund.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we initiate your refund without delay. We have a 2-7 day processing time, which depends on seasonality and busyness, and  we aim to return the amount to your original payment method. You will then receive an email with a credit note.
