If our product doesn’t meet your expectations, the returns policy is here to assist.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned unused in the original packaging. Please, send us an e-mail with your order number before returning. The return shipping is paid for by the customer (except for faulty products), who also bears the responsibility if the item is lost or damaged on the way back to us. Therefore, we always recommend that customers use a shipping method that can be tracked and keep the receipt until the return case is completed.
Please Note: When you return an item, the shipping cost we paid to send the product to you will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the product is faulty. If you received a wrong item or there is a fault with the product, we will refund the return postage. It is not possible to exchange an item; therefore, you would need to return it and place a new order.
When returning an item, please ensure the following criteria are met:
You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary. This means that you should try the product in the same manner as you would in a physical store. If the item has been worn or handled in a way that does not meet the criteria above, it is considered used and may be subject to a diminished value. In such cases, you will not be entitled to refund.
