Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over 500 DKK to Denmark, the EU, the US and other international destinations. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, with tracking provided. Delivery is either to the nearest GLS parcel box or door-to-door, depending on the location. Woodme is not responsible for transporter delays.

Returns

You have the option to return goods within a period of 30 days and get the amount refunded. When returning, the shipping fee is deducted, unless the item is defective.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES OUTSIDE EU

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are generally not included. However, for U.S. orders, we cover all customs fees. Free shipping is offered on orders above 500 DKK (~75 USD). Additional costs may apply for other countries; check with your local customs office.
